The Hon. Dan Kochi

Having taken courses in Reiki, Qi Gong, and other energy modalities, EHF has been a progression in my spiritual journey. The two techniques taught in the course were easy to learn. Each technique was first demonstrated and then all the participants were coached in applying the technique on each other. We were gently guided, had ample opportunities to practice and had all of our questions answered. More than adding a new technique to others I have learned, the personal healing I received during this weekend course, it was most valuable for me.
