Transactions

 
All EHF students must pay for, and complete the EHF online course before

entering EHF level one or the QYIP (Quan Yin Intensive Path). Once
completed, you will be able to enroll in upcoming events provided all
prerequisites have been met. Online course can be purchased under
“Courses”

All events have a 10% booking fee, this charge is to cover costs of payment processing and web fees this is Non refundable for any reason if payed online.

All online course are for personal use only and are not to be shared, given away, or sold unless specified by a Master Teacher.

All EHF courses are not to be sold or facilitated by any one, unless they have been cleared to do so by a Master Teacher.

 

All online payments made to ehfpath.com are not for profit and are used to pay for the website, payment processing and or paid directly to the Master Teachers hosting the events.

Booking fees to hold your place in class are non-refundable if you
don’t attend, however if your class is canceled the event fee will be
refunded not including the online booking Fee of 10%.

Any event cancellations will be fully refunded, excluding the website
booking fee of 10%. Events may be rescheduled dependent on the Master Teachers
terms. This may change from time to time.

Services from practitioners are non-refundable, unless otherwise discussed before hand.

Events Paid for in person are refunded at the discretion of the Master Teacher

Cookies 

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

We don’t share your data with anyone but our own team. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data 

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
